ACCESSIBILITY

City of Charlotte, strives to make all its products and services, including this web database application, accessible to all users. Compliance with access standards is tested using the Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool (WAVE) powered by the WebAIM organization at the Center for Persons with Disabilities, Utah State University. Additionally, our pages have been tested using large font settings on common web browsers and with Freedom Scientific’s JAWSR Screen Reader to ensure that the content is accessible with these assistive technologies.

At this time, we are actively working to be compliant with all current accessibility standards, including Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act and the W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
