The goal of Implementation is to bring to fruition the plan policies, provide annual reporting on the plan metrics and track progress on an ongoing basis.  The tracking tools used are the Annual Report and the Data Dashboard.

The Charlotte Future 2040 Comprehensive Plan, Annual Report and Implementation Dashboard work together in a 3-part approach to the Implementation and tracking of progress of the Charlotte Future 2040 Comprehensive Plan. 
The Comprehensive Plan sets the policies needed to realize the community’s vision. The Annual Report tracks progress on whether those policies have been enacted  and highlighting work accomplished on a yearly basis.  Lastly, the Dashboard tracks the effectiveness of those policies, by capturing where we are and progress made on-the-ground in Charlotte.  Each piece provides ongoing feedback to the others, providing transparent and clear information on progress.   See the chart below for more information on how all three work in conjunction with each other. \n\n[/cs_content_seo][cs_element_gap _id=”27″ ][cs_element_image _id=”28″ ][cs_element_gap _id=”29″ ][cs_element_text _id=”30″ ][cs_content_seo]If you have any questions or comments.
